Product can be returned within 10 days of the delivery. The product must be in the same condition as it is delivered. Defected or used product shall not be refunded. Returning a product will require contact information as well as a tracking number if possible. Getting a receipt and ID of a package for the return of delivery service makes tracking of the return shipment easy, thus we suggest you to get them both.

The eligible refunds will be refunded and the refund can take up to 30 days due to the current situation of pandemic. Payments done through invoices will need bank account number to transfer back the money. Kindly email it to us along with a reason for returning a product.

A product can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable along with the items bought 2 weeks prior Eid.Sale items may have beads and stones missing which is why they have been reduced.Items with 15% of missing embellishments will not be considered faulty and can not be refunded.
